Set of training and consultancy services in the quality area with a view to quality certification of training quality management processes, according to ISO 9001 and DGERT standards.
Our solution is based on an approach by analysis of training management processes, taking into account an implementation of the quality management system integrated with our training management applications.
This methodology allows for the simultaneous implementation of two management systems (Quality and Information-Software).
In this way, the following objectives are achieved in the management of business processes in the training sector:
- Certification and process control;
- Digitisation of documents and information;
- Automation of input (data registration), monitoring (Management Control) and output (documents and reports) processes.
The approach is simplified by using standard models of quality management systems and standard features of our training management software.
