Main Features

USER MANAGEMENT

In the whole formative process, there are various actors with different functions. It was with the various actors and their role in the training process in mind that specific functionalities were created for each Forinsia user.
Forinsia has defined several types of users, these are:

  • Administrators;
  • Coordinators;

Each of these users has access, in their private area, to functionalities specific to their profile.

Through Forinsia it is possible to manage applications and enrolments.
The information inserted in Forinsia about the courses and respective actions is visible in the public area, so that those interested can apply or pre-register for them.

COURSE FORMATS

There are courses with the most varied characteristics, depending on whether they are funded or not, the funding programme, the audience they are aimed at, the documents to be printed, etc. In order to respond to the different needs, Forinsia allows the configuration of formats or course
types, that is, which documents, funding programme, logos, among other things, will be used for the different types of courses.

MANAGEMENT OF COMPULSORY TRAINING AND SINGLE REPORT

This new functionality integrated in the enterprise training management module supports the training manager in meeting the legal requirements of compulsory training for enterprises.
Allows the emission of the Single Report – Annex C, with the information of the training executed in a certain year for the companies managed in Forinsia.
This option corresponds to a query/form that shows all the employees (employee no. and name) associated with the company and for each one it allows the management of the following
information:

  • Starting balance of training credits (in hours);
  • Year of expiry of claims;
  • The number of hours of training attended by the employee (internal training – recorded in Forinsia – and external training – recorded in the External Training History) for the respective year;
  • The calculation of the number of compulsory training hours by employment contract;
  • Compulsory Training Map;
  • Contributors.
